About Our Community Chat

Our community chat is a calm, supportive space for people who want somewhere to talk things through or simply sit quietly and read until they feel ready.

There aren’t many places where you can speak openly without pressure, judgement, or expectations. This space exists to offer exactly that. You’re welcome to share what’s on your mind, learn how others cope, or just take comfort in knowing you’re not alone.

The chat is open at all times, so you can drop in whenever it suits you. We also sometimes host live chats on Wednesday mornings and evenings for anyone who would like to join.

To help keep the space safe, respectful, and supportive for everyone, the community chat is invite-only by design.
